Neuchatel, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) - If you’re looking for a place to live you already know this: the tight housing market in Switzerland has been getting even tighter. New federal statistics show that in June the available housing fell to under 1% of total housing in the country, 0.97%, for a total of only 37,000 housing units available throughout the country. Zurich has had the sharpest decline, from 0.80% to 0.61% in a year, while Geneva remains the worst place in Switzerland to look for housing, with a vacancy rate of only 0.20%.
