Brazil (GenevaLunch) - Felipe Massa took the Brazilian Grand Prix from Fernanda Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen but the most important fight was for fifth place.

Lewis Hamilton needed to take fifth in order to win the 2008 drivers’ championship and seemed to have it under control until the last few laps when forecasts of rain led the teams to change tyres. Hamilton was pushed back into sixth place but managed to regain the vital fifth place when he passed Toyota’s Timo Glock on the penultimate corner to take the title by one point from Massa.
