Nyon, Vaud, Switzerland (24 Heures, Fre) - Later shopping hours were axed for the Euro 2008 football championship in June but Nyon has agreed to them for Christmas.

The city has decided to go ahead and approve late shopping for the Christmas holiday season, despite the lack of an agreement, which has angered the unions.
