Scholarships in Paris for Geneva residents

Paris for young artists scholarship

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – The Department of Culture of the city of Geneva and the Simon I. Patino Foundation will soon be closing applications for their annual Arts in Paris grants.

The Foundation and the city of Geneva pair up annually to grant scholarships to young artists to enable them to undertake studies, courses or carryout research work in Paris.

The awards include making three studios at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris available 4-12 months of the year, and an allowance of 1,000 francs per month for the duration of the studies.

Applicants need to have lived in Geneva for at least two years and be aged 18-35. The deadline is 5 March 2012.

Good luck!
