ZURICH, SWITZERLAND – A rock fall at Heimigen, in Gurtnellen, canton Uri, injured two rail line workers Tuesday morning. A third worker was also pushed by the rock slide, but was uninjured. Trains on the Gotthard line are being replaced by buses and the accident is causing some rail delays. The A2 autoroute and cantonal road were not touched by the rock slide, police say.
The extent of the damage is not yet known.
