GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – For a second consecutive day a grid failure is leaving hundreds of millions of people without electricity in India.
Delhi, the nation’s capital and major cities such as Kolkata and at least a dozen states have been without power intermittently for two days now.
Traffic was thrown out of gear in the national capital on Tuesday afternoon when signals went blank following power failures across north India.
