BERN, SWITZERLAND – A Swiss man and a Dutch man captured and held hostage in the extreme south of the Philippines are reported by Swiss media to have been spotted in July. The Swiss government does not comment on negotiations with hostage-takers, but it has said that it is doing everything possible to obtain the freedom of the amateur birdwatchers.
