GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – A 63-year-old Swiss man was stopped by police in Geneva for suspicious behaviour linked to children, and the police determined that he resembled the widely broadcast sketch of the man sought in 2011 for sexually aggressing a young girl in Gland, in canton Vaud.
Vaud police were then able to show that the man had been on the premises in 2011 at the time of the crime and, when questioned, the man admitted to the facts. Police are now trying to determine exactly what happened and whether or not the man is linked to other crimes or has committed other, similar acts.
