GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – Police investigators into last week’s murder of four people near Annecy, France now say they are pursuing three trails: the father’s work, Iraq, and family ties. French police now say they believe the cause of the crime is most likely to be found in England, and they are working closely with investigators in the UK.
Public Prosecutor Eric Maillaud said at a Wednesday press conference that the oldest daughter, who witnessed the crime and who is being treated for her own injuries, has not yet recovered enough to be questioned.
