Turns gun on himself after killing her
ZURICH, SWITZERLAND – A 55-year-old man shot his estranged 40-year-old wife to death Wednesday morning 3 October in the hair salon where she worked, in Wettingen. He shot her several times, and she died at the scene of the accident.
He then turned the gun on himself, and an emergency team rushed him to the hospital, where he died later in the day of his injuries.
Police in Aargau say the pair were known to them: the woman had filed complaints he was menacing her, but he was never charged.
