Zermatt, Mammut and Swiss also win titles
GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – Geneva’s international airport is expecting snow late Wednesday 28 November, just on time to welcome its new title as “best airport” in the travel category of Ski & Snowboard magazine’s new awards for businesses with ties to the snow sports industry. The awards were given 27 November in London based on votes from British ski journalists and the public.
Switzerland carried off four prizes in total: Zermatt was named the best après-ski resort, Mammut won the award for best manufacturer of safety kit and airline Swiss was named best airline.
