GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – A month of cold weather and some of us almost gave up on summer, but here it comes! Hot weather is expected this weekend, and it’s finally time to look for a great rosé to go with that barbecue you’ve been holding off on, or the perfect lake fish or Asian cuisine.

Switzerland has a wonderful variety of rosé wines and we’ve tasted a good range of them, from the region. The GenevaLunch wine tasting notes page has been updated and I’ll be adding individual wine posts, with prices and other details, in the next couple of days.

Don’t forget to check out the beautiful Chasselas wines while you’re there.
