Swiss wine videos, tasting notes – complete list

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – GenevaLunch is participating in an ongoing series of independent, blind wine tastings organized by RomanDuVin to help consumers know what to expect from several quality Swiss wines.

Three of us who are wine writers/journalists present tasting notes in our first languages: Laurent Probst who writes the blog Vins-Confédérés  in French, Gabriel Tinguely of the web site Weinlandschweiz in German and I present my tasting notes in English, for GenevaLunch.

Our views and tasting notes are our own: you’ll notice differences if you look at the videos in more than one language. Laurent and Gabriel comment mainly for Swiss audiences, who are on the whole more familiar with Swiss wines than the international audience I address. Their notes are, as a result, sometimes more technical.

The wines are listed randomly within each group, and the groups are listed in the order in which they are posted, with the most recent first.

Links to each of the videos on YouTube are provided below. Note that the order in which the videos are listed is random and in no way reflects a rating system.

Each wine is also posted on Among the vines: put the name or any key word in the GenevaLunch search box to find the blog post, with price and other details.
