Bern, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) - Swiss chemist Stefan Mogi, head of the chemicals section at the Spiez Laboratory in central Switzerland, has been named president of a United Nations commission that will investigate the source of phosgene found two weeks ago at the UN building in New York City. A US laboratory has already determined that the eight vials pose no immediate threat. They were found when offices were reorganized at the UN’s commission for the inspection of arms in Irak.
