Lake Geneva region, Switzerland (romandie/AWP, Fre) – April figures released by Homegate, which tracks rents throughout Switzerland, show a slight fall in rents in the Lake Geneva region, by 0.2%. Throughout the country prices rose but almost imperceptibly, 0.1%. The rise was mainly for space in new, large apartment blocks.
