Brussels, Belgium (Le Temps, Fre) – Dick Marty, the indefatigable lawyer and European Parliament member from Switzerland who uncovered CIA flights over Europe, has been given two new major research assignments by the Council of Europe. He has been asked to investigate illegal trade in human organs in Kosovo, an accusation made by former International Tribunal prosecutor Carla Del Ponte. He will also study the human rights situation in North Caucasus.
