Bern, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) – The two Swiss citizens who were arrested 19 July in Libya have been freed on bail by a Libyan judge, and turned over to the Swiss embassy in Tripoli. They do not, however, have permission to leave the country but the Swiss government reports that they are in good health. Negotiations over their arrest continue, part of the fallout of the arrest in Geneva of Hannibal Qadaffi, son of Libya’s leader, in Geneva 15 July.
