Romanel-sur-Morges, Switzerland and Fremont, California, US (GenevaLunch) - Logitech International SA is announcing below forecast quaterly net profits and slashing its outlook for 2009.
In spite of falling below forecast, the Swiss computer interface devices manufacturer reached Q2 sales of 665 million dollars, up 12% from the same quarter last year.
Logitech is tempering its outlook for fiscal 2009, forecasting growth of 6% to 8% in sales and 3% to 5% in operating income. These figures are revised from the original target of 15% of growth for both.
