US health and government agencies have different ways of measuring the amount of exercise adults need, but no matter how it’s done, adults are getting far too little exercise. Recommendations vary from 150 minutes a week of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise to five days a week of 30 minutes of moderate exercise. Reuters
