Geneva, Switzerland (Tribune de Geneve, Fre) – The man who shot his boss, then killed himself in the ICC building near the airport, worked for a private security company, Sigma. Police are seeking a motive for the crime.
The Tribune, which carries a long story about the two men, quotes acquaintances as saying the employee, who may have been a consultant, had complaints about his pay, but this is unconfirmed. The two men reportedly both had worked in Congo-Brazzaville, but it’s unclear if this possible link played a role. The owner of Sigma is in critical condition in a Geneva hospital, according to the Tribune.
