Iranian President Ahmadinejad’s anti-Israel speech at the opening of the Durban Review Conference Monday 20 April in Geneva inspired a walkout at the UN. Approximately 40 diplomats left the room at the beginning of Ahmadinejad’s passionate rant on the evils of Israel. The speech took place on the eve of the Holocaust Memorial Day.
