Bern, Switzerland (Sonntagsblick, Ger and ats/TSR, Fre) – Swiss rail company CFF is studying the possibility of creating a “premium” class that would provide the same kind of luxury travel that first class on airplanes affords.
The company says the demand for such service is high enough to warrant it and the new cars it is ordering create enough space. The service would be offered on some of the 59 new double-decker train cars that will go into service by 2013.
