Lausanne, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) - A March decision by the Swiss federal government that electricity prices charged in 2009 are up to 40 percent too high has been upheld by the Swiss federal administrative high court. Electricity companies were told in March that they were overcharging and they need to reimburse consumers but several companies appealed the decision. The case could still be carried to the Swiss high court.
