Vufflens-le-Chateau, Vaud, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) - Formula 1 superstar Michael Schumacher has put his house in the Vaud hills above Morges up for rent for a cool CHF29,000, which even in the Swiss housing market is on the high end. And that doesn’t include les charges, such as electricity, for which the amount is not given.

Here’s what you can rent for this price in Vaud:

750m2 of living space, 13,000m2 of land around the house, a six-car garage, stables with room for four horses, a forest on one side and a “curtain” of trees that separates gardens from nearby vineyards, five minutes (at normal speeds) from the autoroute. Inside, the expected amenities, but special features are a closed Provencal kitchen, a TV lounge, a billiards room, indoor pool with hammam and jet stream, a large office.

And more good news: it’s south-facing and has public transport.
