But the reality is that if the Iraqi Police and the Iraqi Army do not venture out beyond the barriers and go after the people who build these bombs, there will be no positive results. If this facade of security is just accepted, then I'm afraid that this strategy of letting the Iraqi's control their own cities will fail. Take a lesson from the Pakistani Army, and go out and get them.
