Bern, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) – Some 40,000 people went to see Bern’s famous bears in their new home Sunday 25 October. The Bern Bear Pit, long a hugely popular attraction for tourists and citizens alike, has given way to the city’s new 6,000m2 Bear Park, a more spacious house with garden for the city’s two adult bears, Finn and Björk, who will soon be joined by two young Siberian bears.
