Seguro Ndabene emigrated from Mozambique to Calgary, Canada in 1984 has won the lottery five times, for a total of more than C$19 million, but his February 2009 win of C$17 was the largest – and the one that has taken him the longest to collect. Another man stepped forward and said the ticket was part of a group purchase, so some of the earnings should be his, but he later dropped the case. The Globe & Mail reports that the businessman had no advice on numbers or how to win the lottery.

Well, that’s certainly a pretty amazing story to win the lottery 5 times! Surely something more than luck is going on here! There was a case in the UK of a man winning large some twice. John, elottery syndicate, UK.
