The president of Nigeria, Umaru Yar’Adua, has returned home after three months of medical treatment in Saudi Arabia, but the government has not issued a statement about his health. I think that Nigeria as country is not living by constitution, base on fact that constitutionally when a president is not capable or incapacitated. the vice president are meant to look after the affair of the nation.but why is the case of Nigeria different. so i think it is high time we nigerian should learn to dine and wine in line with constitution. we can not be talking about rules of law, when we cannot live by example.

Well to me,i think Mr President should resign cause i don’t think he can ever come back to his position again except with prayers. And again, according to Nigeria constitution, If the president is inactive for three months consecutively, he/she should leave the position.
