GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – Switzerland will finally have its own, 15-16 October, in Geneva.
Swiss chocolate-makers have been noticeably absent from the huge Paris chocolate show in recent years, but they will be out in force for the Geneva event, with some 30 chocolate-makers, including some from elsewhere in Europe.
The show, at the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in the city centre, is open to the public and will feature several themes, from eroticism to an introduction to chocolate-making (hands-in it!) for children.
Today’s trends, such as grand cru chocolates and the chocolate of the future will be part of the show.
