Geneva, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) – French rider Kevin Staut, riding Silvana de Hus, won the Rolex Grand Prix after 2 two rounds, at the Geneva International Show Jumping weekend. Canadia Eric Lamaze, riding Hickstead, was second and Sweden’s Rolf-Goran Bengtsson, on Quintero La Silla, came third. Staut was the 2009 European champion and Lamaze the 2008 Olympic champion, while Bengtsson was second in the Olympics in 2008.

Geneva, Switzerland (GenevaLunch) – Equestrian fever has arrived in Geneva with the opening of the 48th international show jumping. The four-day event began today, 11 December, at 08:00 with a national competition. It was followed by the opening ceremony that included over 2,000 students. The event continues until 14 December.
