The Lake Geneva region has several wonderful amateur photographers, some of whom regularly post their photos, by invitation, on GenevaLunch. One of my favourites is MXW, who is only 17 years old but his eye and technical skills are excellent. I was startled to see the one that currently sits on our home page because this time it’s a comet passing over Lake Geneva – an awesome sight. If you visit his photo stream on Flickr you’ll see one of the most beautiful ariel shots I’ve seen of Mont Blanc, as well as an unusual and striking autumn colours photo, this one of Charmey. They are both part of the GenevaLunch Flickr photo album (menu at top of GL pages).
