		<description>For foodies, it is certainly a more appetizing approach to eating. I agree. Too many restrictions just make you want to break the rules because you obsess on all the things you can&#039;t have.

The Swiss are a very common sense people, and I think the pyramid demonstrates their general approach to life and living, which may be surprising since it is the land of Calvin, and boy did he believe in restrictions!</description>

		<description>Interesting article. I like the Swiss pyramid because it seems more enjoyable :) As long as everything is in moderation, I never was really concerned about my fat intake. If I feel unhealthy, I eat more healthy foods, then I feel better. And hopefully it all balances out to some degree as shown on the pyramid. But eating should never feel so restricted by dietary guidelines.</description>
